Two of the four escalators at Exit 2 are being replaced at London Waterloo station.

Work will take several months to complete and during peak times you may be asked to use an alternative route. Thank you for bearing with us as we bring you more reliable escalators.

The escalator opposite Platform 3 is out of use due to a gearbox replacement.

Access to the balcony can be made via the alternative escalator or the staircase. The lift can be used for step-free access to the balcony.

The colonnade lift is currently out of service at Exit 2.

Passengers are advised to use an alternative lift near Wasabi on the main concourse.

Step free access is unavailable at the station between the National Rail platforms and the underground Jubilee line at London Waterloo station.
