At London Waterloo station:

One up escalator to the Balcony or Waterloo East out of service outside M&S Main. Alternative access via alternative escalator or lift from main concourse.

The upward escalator on Platforms 20 is currently out of service. Access to the WIT platforms can be made via the lift or alternative escalator on platforms 23/24.

The upward escalator on Platforms 21/22 is currently out of service. Access to the WIT platforms can be made via the lift or alternative escalator on platforms 23/24.

At London Waterloo station: Planned improvement works are ongoing on the passenger lift at Exit 2 until 2nd June 2025. Station staff will be available to direct passengers requiring access to the London Underground or Waterloo Road to use Exit 1 Step free access.

South Western Railway and Southern services at Southampton Central may be delayed by up to 20 minutes or revised. More details can be found in Status and Disruptions.
