London Waterloo

The accessible toilet at London Waterloo on Cab Road is out of use. An alternative accessible toilet is available in the main concourse.

The escalator on platform 20 and one escalator between The Signings and Underground are out of service at London Waterloo station. The escalator going up to the balcony and Waterloo East in front of ticket office is also out of service.

Planned upgrade works with the Colonnade lift at exit 2 until March 2025. Station staff will be directing passengers to another lift near Wasabi. Please speak with station staff if you require further assistance.
