At London Waterloo station:

The downward escalator on Platforms 21/22 is currently out of service. Access to the WIT platforms can be made via the lift or alternative escalator on platforms 20.

One of the four escalators leading to Waterloo Road and Jubilee Line is currently out of service. Access to the lower level can be made via the lift or the alternative escalators at exit 2.

One of the six escalators connecting the Balcony and Station Concourse is currently out of service. Access to the balcony can be made via the lift or the alternative escalators along the concourse.

Trains running between Eastleigh and Fareham will be diverted via Southampton Central. This is due to a signalling problem between Eastleigh and Botley that has closed the line running towards Fareham. Trains being diverted will extend journey times by approximately 20 minutes.

You may use your ticket on Bluestar bus routes 3, 14 and 24, and Stagecoach bus route 69 at no extra cost. If you are travelling from Botley or Hedge End towards Portsmouth, please use these routes to connect with train services from Bitterne or Southampton Central. If you are travelling to Botley or Hedge End from Eastleigh, please use Bluestar bus route 3.
