The lifts are out of order between platform 2 and the underpass / platform 1 at Warwick Parkway station. If it helps with your journey, Chiltern Railways can arrange a taxi for you from Leamington Spa where step-free access is available. Please speak to a member of staff or use the station help-point to arrange this.
