London Waterloo

At London Waterloo station, one of the six escalators connecting the balcony and station concourse is currently out of service. Access to the balcony can be made via the lift or the alternative escalators along the concourse.

At London Waterloo station: Planned improvement works are ongoing on the passenger lift at exit 2 until 2 June 2025. Station staff will be available to direct passengers requiring access to the London Underground or Waterloo Road.
