London Waterloo

At London Waterloo station:

The upward escalator on Platforms 21/22 is currently out of service. Access to the WIT platforms can be made via the lift or alternative escalator on platforms 20.

Planned improvement works are ongoing on the passenger lift at Exit 2 until 2nd June 2025. Station staff will be available to direct passengers requiring access to the London Underground to an alternative lift near Wasabi.

One of the six escalators connecting the Balcony and Station Concourse is currently out of service. Access to the balcony can be made via the lift or the alternative escalators along the concourse.
