The escalator going up to the balcony by Exit 7 is out of use. Access to Waterloo East Station or Balcony retail units can be made using the alternative escalator, stairs or the lift.

The escalator going up to platforms 21 and 22 is out of use. Access to the platform can be made via the lift or the main concourse.

Colonnade lift is out of use at exit 2 at London Waterloo station. Station staff will be directing passengers to another lift near Wasabi.
