Passengers travelling on Southern services requiring step free access at the station will need to alight at Fareham and change for Great Western Railway services which arrive on Platform 4 at Southampton Central.

All toilets on platform 1 are closed until further notice for essential repairs at Southampton Central. The accessible toilet remains open. Alternative toilets are available on platform 4.
