This station is expected to be very busy on Saturday 1st November due to the Blackheath fireworks event and the Charlton v Swansea football match (kick-off 15:00).

Please note that buses will replace trains on the following routes due to planned engineering work:

• Between Blackheath and Dartford via Bexleyheath

• Between Dartford and Plumstead

After the fireworks event finishes, long queues are expected at Blackheath station.

Passengers are advised to use alternative travel options where possible, including Lewisham, Greenwich, and Maze Hill stations.
