Bristol Parkway

The lifts are out of order between the station entrance and the station bridge to all platforms at Bristol Parkway station. The lifts between all platforms are working if you’re connecting between trains, however there is no step free access if you're starting or finishing a journey here. Accessible taxis can be arranged by Great Western Railway (at no extra cost) to and from Bristol Temple Meads. Please contact the Great Western Railway Passenger Assistance Team on 0800 197 1329.
