Step free access is unavailable throughout the station at Apsley due to ongoing work. Any passengers requiring step free access are advised to get off at Hemel Hempstead station, where a six seater wheelchair accessible taxi with a ramp will operate a half hour shuttle service.
There will be no car park available until December 2026.
