The lifts are out of order between platform 2/3 and the footbridge at Acton Main Line station.

Customers travelling westbound (towards Heathrow) from Acton Main Line are advised to travel eastbound to London Paddington from platform 4 and catch the next westbound (towards Heathrow) Elizabeth line service.

Customers travelling westbound (towards Heathrow) to Acton Main Line are advised to continue their journey to Ealing Broadway, and catch the next eastbound Elizabeth line service from Platform 4 back to Acton Main Line.
